History:
Patsy came into us due to her owner's failing health and she was starting to spend more time home alone due to her owner's medical appointments.

Current:
She is currently in foster in Worcestershire following an operation to remove a mass in her spleen.

She has settled very well in her foster home, her frosty mum says she is such a sweet and gentle little lady. She is house trained and doesn’t chew.

She has so much energy for her age, she loves a good back roll and playing with her teddies.

Walking:
Patsy walks really well on the lead, she is an active walker and doesn’t pull. When she was in the kennels, she loved to have a good sniff in the hedge rows and long grass verges.

Her foster mum tells us she hasn’t reacted to most of the dogs out on her walks. She was very good when two off-lead dogs ran up to her.

Travelling:
Patsy travels well in the car.

Vets:
The vet comes to the foster home to see Patsy and she is always a very good girl for him.

Health:
She has had full health check including blood tests. All her bloods came back within normal ranges.

The vet discovered a lump by Patsy’s spleen whilst completing her health check, so the decision was made to remove her spleen and the mass attached to it. The lump was sent off to histology and the results were nothing sinister. She is now fully healed from her procedure.

Ideal home:
• Patsy hasn’t been dog tested, so would probably be best as the only pet in the home. Although she hasn’t reacted too much to dogs when out and about, we were told by her previous home that she wasn’t good with dogs.
• She could live with older children aged 12 years+.
• Patsy has been left on her own due to her owner's health. She isn’t keen being left, so would much prefer a home where her owners were home lots.

Standard information:
Patsy is microchipped, vaccinated and neutered.

She is currently in foster in Worcestershire and she can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, pending a successful home visit. However, any adopter should be willing to travel to meet her at least twice where she is now.

There is a non refundable adoption donation of £120 for Patsy and all money donated goes directly to helping all the Senior Staffies in our care.
