Lady Penny came to us from another rescue.
Hi friends, I’ve been in foster for a while now, and I just loves being in a home with me own frosty mum…. I fink she loves having me round too. When I first arrived, I didn’t like being left on my own at all, and would sometimes wee and poop in the kitchen…. however I’ve been trying really hard to be a big girl and not do this.
I’d really love to find pawrents who are home most of the time, as this is when I’m at my happiest. This is what my frosty mum says about me:
“Penny is a really sweet natured dog, who loves people and is well behaved round them. She loves being fussed and having tummy rubs. She adores going for walks…. (this is very true, I even helps you by holding my lead in my mouth while you get your shoes on ). She will walk for a long as you want to go for, and when you get home she sits for you to wipe her feet clean. Penny walks well on the lead, except if there are other dogs around… she really doesn’t like them, and can spot them a mile off!”
My frosty is currently muzzle training me, I love the peamutt butter stuff I have in the muzzle thingy. While walking Penny takes interest in things that move like bikes and people, so I am mindful of this, as she likes to greet everyone. So friends as you can see, I’m being a good girl for my frosty, but I would really really love to find my furever pawrents now.
I would need a home without other pets, as I loves to chase any sort of furry things. I am happy to share my pawrents with older human siblings that are 14+, I’m not sure I’ve been around small people. My application form is at the end of this page, please be sure to fill it in.
We would be looking for someone who is willing to continue Penny’s muzzle training.
Penny is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is in foster in Oxford, but can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, pending a successful home visit. However, any adopter should be willing to travel to meet her where she is now.
There is an adoption donation of £90 for Pennyy and all money donated goes directly to helping all the Senior Staffies in our care.
If you think you could offer Penny a new home, please click the panel under to complete an application form.
