Age: 8 years
Temperament: Lovely natured
Cats: Not known
Thai has lost his home through no fault of his own and finds himself in our care. He is a big boy, but very nice natured and loves people.
Thai has lived with small children but for now, because of his size, we are recommending that he live with children over 12 only.
Thai doesn't like other dogs, sadly, so needs to be an only dog and any new family will need to be aware he won't be sociable with other dogs.
He has a few health issues, which we will begin to deal with this week.
One of our walkers had this to say about Thai this week at the annual dogs' Christmas lunch: "He is great on the lead and listened to everything I said to him. He was a little unsure of the cars passing by but he kept close to my side. Puddles! He loves them and took the opportunity to walk through every one we passed!
Tyson doesn’t like other dogs so we kept a sensible distance at the back of the pack and he was happy enough. We passed a very loud German Shepherd and he didn’t bat an eyelid!
After some gentle persuasion I got him to eat his pigs in blankets and turkey, he didn’t fancy the veg!
He is a very affectionate big lump! Plenty of kisses and he even lay back on me. I definitely fell in love!"

Thai will be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
He is in kennels in the Worcester area, but can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, pending a successful home visit.
However, any adopter should be willing to travel to meet him where he is now.
There will be an adoption donation of £90 for Thai
and all money donated goes directly to helping all the Senior Staffies in our care.
If you think you could offer Thai a new home once he is ready, please
contact Bev on 07940 788990 or fill out the online Adoption Application Form.
