Bayley

SEX: Female
AGE: 12.5 Years Old
LOCATION: Worcester in kennels
CHILDREN: 14 years plus
DOGS: Possibly with careful introductions
CATS: No

History:
Bayley came into from us from a home after a change in circumstances meant the owner didn’t have time to give her the love and attention she deserves.

Current:
She is a gorgeous, super friendly girl who loves people and giving out kisses. Everyone who has met her has fallen in love with her.

Walking:
Bayley is always very keen to go out walking. She does pull a little on the lead, but calms down after a short while and will walk for as long as you want to go.

She has been walking passed dogs on her walks without showing any interest in them and hasn’t show any interest in the kennels either.

We have not dog tested Bayley with off lead dogs.

Travelling:
Bayley has not travelled with us yet, but this will be tested in the very near future.

Vets:
The vets have visited Bayley at the kennels.

She was a perfect patient while the vet gave her her vaccinations, kennel cough vaccine and aspirated the lump on her back.

Health issues:
Bayley arrived with a large solid lump on her lower back and a small soft one on her back leg. The vets have aspirated them and the results show it is a benign cyst.

She is booked in with the vets to have both lumps removed on 25th August 2022.

She has had a full health check, including a blood test, and all has come back as normal.

Ideal home:
• We think Bayley would be happy to be the only dog in the home, but she may be able to live with another very calm dog after careful introductions.
• She came from a home with 4 children under the age of 9 which she found stressful, so children would need to be 14 years plus.
• She absolutely loves human company and doesn’t like being left home alone, so someone who is home for much of the day would be best.

Standard information:
Bayley is neutered, microchipped and has had her first vaccinations. Her second jab is on 29th August, so will be done before she leaves for her new home.

She is currently in kennels in Worcester, but he can be rehomed anywhere in the UK pending a successful home visit. However, any adopter should be willing to travel to meet her at least twice where she is now.

There is an adoption donation of £120 for Bayley and all money donated goes directly to helping all the Senior Staffies in our care.
