Everything we do calls for regular and concerted fundraising.
We receive no local or national government funding and rely solely on the kindness and generosity of people towards “man’s best friend” – the dog!
In our case, of course, this means Senior Staffies and Staffy variants/crosses.

Donations – Straightforward giving through our website – see the Donate button on every page.
Events – Dog shows, coffee mornings, sponsored challenges, agility races, school/club collections, quiz nights, etc.

With the ever-growing popularity of online shopping, the Senior Staffy Club is registered with several retailers and online charity hubs which allow for anything from 0.5% upwards of the item’s purchase price to be donated to us at NO EXTRA COST to you.
The choice of businesses making these donations is quite impressive and can include not only online shops but also travel agencies, airlines, insurance companies, car hire, hotels, energy suppliers and many, many more. Easyfundraising in particular covers many of the latter areas.
Amazon Wish List: This is a gift registry, like a baby or wedding registry, where charities and others can create a ‘wish list’, giving access to it via a link, to buy items for our senior Staffies in kennels. Once purchased by you, Amazon will deliver those items direct to us.

Amazon Smile: Are you a regular Amazon shopper? If yes, then go to Amazon Smile in your browser rather than just Amazon, register and select Senior Staff Club as your nominated charity, and Amazon Smile will donate 0.5% of the value of eligible purchases to us – at no cost to you.
eBay for Charity: eBay has partnered with the PayPal Giving Fund to make it easy for sellers to donate, giving a small percentage of an item’s final sale price to us. At checkout, having signed in to eBay, select to ‘donate for charity’, then search for and choose Senior Staffy Club as your donation recipient.
eCards: With the post variable and often delayed, why not send an eCard to those near and far on special occasions or perhaps to ‘bring a smile’ in this uncertain time.

Senior Staffy Club has many of our own designs to choose from – simply select us as your donation charity, write your message and off it goes!

Staffordshire Bull Terriers, an often maligned canine breed, and their cross-breeds are the reason that the Senior Staffy Club exists. Each year our growing team of volunteers put their hearts and souls in to rescuing older dogs and looking after them until we can find new homes for each and everyone.
If you have owned a Staffy and found their love, devotion and companionship a central part of your life and family, then you may wish to consider helping them long into the future by remembering him or her after you have gone with a legacy in your Will.
In fact, you needn’t just love Staffies – recognising the exceptional bond between you and the dog in your life may simply be enough!
The Senior Staffy Club has grown and we want to reach out nationally to meet our rescue and re-homing ambitions. To do that requires money, so thinking of us in your Will is a wonderful way to help us achieve that aim. The Senior Staffy Club is a registered charity regulated by the Charities Commission. All funds we receive are spent wholly and exclusively on the welfare of the dogs.
Your Will should be in writing and signed by you and two witnesses. It is always best to seek professional advice when making a Will.
Should you decide to leave a legacy to the Senior Staffy Club please use the appropriate clause (see below) for inclusion in your Will.
If you have already made a Will you can add a minor change – known as a codicil – without having to make a new Will. Please discuss this with your legal advisor.
“I give the sum of £(amount) free of duty to The Senior Staffy Club, Registered Office: El-Maddi, Coppenhall, Stafford, Staffordshire ST18 9BW (Registered Charity No: 1156723), for its general charitable purposes and I declare that the receipt of the charity’s Secretary or other proper officer shall be good and sufficient discharge thereof.”, or…
